Volunteers are at the core of everything we do at Pave Your Path. They show up with compassion, expertise, and a deep belief in each person’s potential. Whether offering résumé guidance, budgeting support, or sharing other gifts and talents, every volunteer helps participants feel seen, supported, and empowered on their path to self-sufficiency.

We are always looking for Résumé Specialists and Budget Specialists. If those roles aren’t the right fit for you, we’d still love to hear from you—there are many ways to make an impact with your unique skills and passions.

All of our volunteers receive trauma-sensitive training, equipping them to provide support that centers dignity, autonomy, and healing. From wellness practices to admin help, social media, outreach, and even stocking the snack pantry, volunteers bring warmth, creativity, and innovation into every corner of our work.
