We offer monthly Financial Basics workshops covering budgeting, debt management, financial trauma, and more. You can also meet one-on-one with a budgeting specialist for personalized financial guidance.

Our trauma-sensitive wellness initiative features weekly yoga and mindfulness sessions led by experienced practitioners. Through our Community Group, you’ll explore topics like nervous system regulation, boundary-setting, and other essential wellness skills.

Workforce Development

Receive personalized employment support tailored to your strengths and needs. Work one-on-one with an employment specialist to craft your résumé, navigate job searches, and build interview confidence. Use our onsite Learning Lab to access computers, up-to-date software, and hands-on tech training to support your goals.

Expressive Arts

We offer Expressive Arts workshops taught by our certified Expressive Arts Facilitator. These workshops use guided creative activities designed to help you explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences. No prior art experience is necessary to participate!

Clothing Closet

Our on-site Clothing Closet offers a curated selection of clothing in a range of women’s sizes. We stock everything from professional outfits for interviews and work, to comfortable everyday pieces, outerwear, shoes, and accessories.

Our trauma-sensitive approach

At Pave Your Path, trauma sensitivity has been at the heart of our work from the start. We know that stress, emotions, and past experiences affect every part of life, including employment and finances. That’s why all of our programs are designed to feel safe, empowering, and free from judgment.

Our staff and volunteers receive training in trauma-sensitive service, ensuring every interaction is grounded in understanding, respect, and compassion. We know that things like job searches or budgeting can bring up anxiety or shame, so we offer guidance at a pace that works for you, with flexibility and care along the way.

In addition to weaving trauma sensitivity into every program, we also offer dedicated wellness opportunities, like yoga, mindfulness, and Community Group, that help you build skills in nervous system regulation, boundary setting, and self-compassion. These practices support your emotional wellbeing while connecting naturally with your financial and employment goals.

We are not therapists, and our programs are not a substitute for therapy. Instead, our services can complement the work you may do with a qualified therapist by offering additional tools, practices, and community support.

Healing and progress go hand in hand. By embedding trauma sensitivity into everything we do, we create a space where you can build confidence, develop new skills, and move forward—one small step at a time.
