Kate Giovino, Operations Manager
Kate joined the Pave Your Path team in 2026 as Operations Manager. Throughout her 30+ year career in the biopharma industry, Kate built and led high performing Clinical Operations teams and helped bring innovative medical products to patients to address significant unmet medical needs. In 2018, Kate was recognized by PharmaVoice as one of their 100 Most Inspiring People. Kate holds a BA in Biology from Bucknell University (Lewisburg, PA). Kate brings her extensive operations experience and passion for addressing unmet needs to Pave Your Path. She is excited to forward Pave Your Path’s mission of empowering women living on low to no income to achieve economic self-sufficiency and emotional self-reliance through trauma-sensitive support.
Personally, Kate and her husband Chris live in Westwood and are proud parents of 3 young adults. Kate loves to swim (albeit slowly), cook for her friends and family and is a big-time basketball fan.
