Our Coaches:

  • can commit to one hour per week
  • are able to coach, and to be coached
  • have a strong desire to help individuals achieve their potential

H.O.P Network. (Hire On Potential)
PYP works with Greater Attleboro employers who need skilled and motivated workers and who are interested in partnering with an organization that is dedicated to training quality employees.

While the basis of the PYP model focuses on mentoring, job-training and placement, our program also addresses life skills through workshops including workplace communication, problem-solving, budgeting and prioritization. These additional components ensure successful relationships at the workplace and in the home, and provide the employer with a dependable, qualified employee.

Hiring on potential as a Partner Employer can take a leap of faith, but can lead to so much for so many.

  • Hire PYP participants who are actively being coached by a PYP Mentor
  • Participate in our bi-annual Partner Employer Leadership Forum to share your expertise with our Directors as the HOP program grows
  • Gain access to trained and motivated employees ready to work
  • Support families making a long-term life changes in our community
